Here is the class schedule for this saturday Oct 30. Espeically, we are supposed to have the fieldtrip to the Children's Discovery Museum at the Downtown of San Jose.  

 

10:00                    staff meeting

       (Let's confirm 1:1 care set up for the fieldtrip, brielfy explain

        important rules at the museum)

10:30 to 11:00       pray

11:00 to 12:00       individual learning hour

12:00 to 12:25       lunch

 

by 12:30            take your student and get together at the entrance of the church

around 12:35 pm     departure 

before 1:00 pm        arrival at the Children's museum

                               (the museum will provide a short orientation for security)

at 1:15 pm               Entrance of the Museum

until 3:00 pm            end of the fieltrip

 

~ 4:00 pm                Cleaning up, staff meeting, and closing

 

 

* volunteers don't need to wear Red T-shirts like children ( only children wear the Team shirts)

* Bring $6 with you (cash or check (pay order to Milal) when you come to the church; then, please turn it in to Leon

* wear comfortable shoes

* we will not have a separate snack time; instead, have children eat some snacks and drink juice in the car as soon as coming back from the museum.
